The COR at Ramsey is a 400 acre mixed use development located in the heart of Ramsey, Minnesota.  

The Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) for the City of Ramsey has acquired the remaining 150 acres of land in the project, and has approximately 118 developable acres of land within The COR including retail, commercial, residential, and office parcels. The HRA is actively managing the property, marketing the project, and  developing the property as Master Developer.  The HRA is positioned to complete real estate transactions directly with end users and developers through it's development management team assigned specifically to the development work within The COR.
